5 Month Weight Loss Results

Hello:

All I can say is WooooHoooooo! I haven’t stepped on the scale in a while and I noticed my jeans were falling off last week. I also noticed I had to tighten my belt a notch on Sunday. So I hopped on the scale this morning, and sure enough, I’m down below 200 at 199 lbs! I never though I would see the day I got back below 200! Wow!

And I can assure you, I’m not exercising any more than usual and other than drinking a delicious weight loss shake for lunch about 6 days a week, I am on no diet. I eat a full breakfast and a full dinner and desert around 9:00 PM. This stuff really works! Get some today!
